Let the Pharmacy Run to You: TV + Out of Home Campaign

Mednow is the pharmacy that runs to you. Working with closely with the Mednow team, Creative Director Leonardo Tamburri and I created an holistic out of home campaign comprising billboards, transit ads, and four interchangeable TV commercials along with a full spectrum of complementary digital assets. Every asset drove home the new slogan: let the pharmacy run to you.

A data-driven earned media campaign

At the start of the pandemic (remember that?!), we used an established earned media methodology to secure a bunch of press, including more than 10 TV appearances. The talk track was saving money on your phone bill during the pandemic. The data point we used as a hook was the rise in voice calls and text messages early in the pandemic and the drop in mobile data use.

A Great Town Deserves Great Internet

Ting Internet is fast, reliable fiber internet access of the type that only major metropolitan areas typically see. The difference is, Ting Internet is offered in smaller towns and cities—from 10,000 to ~300,000 population—to bridge the “digital divide”

The campaign to launch a new Ting Internet town played on this idea and “a great town deserves great internet” concept was born. High-production commercials, distributed both on traditional TV, streaming TV, and online, formed the foundation for the new town launch campaign. Using music from local artists, featuring local people, and local hotspots, these commercials helped Ting Internet with a warm introduction to the area.
